Course Description

Do you need to give really persuasive presentations? At all stages of our careers we need to influence and impress others through formal and informal presentations. I know - because I have trained executives at all stages of their careers and from all industries - from CEOs and Entrepreneurs to junior rising stars and sales executives.

The keys to a great performance are Composure and Structure, and in this course I will teach you the techniques to approach each presentation with confidence and knowledge so that you impress every time.

The course draws not only on my long experience, but also on my academic studies in Psychology. It is based on the latest research into learning methods and information retention. It is now understood that visual recognition of memorable icons provides a "neural scaffolding" for information retention, especially in stressful situations. In this course I combine teaching the skills needed to give a great presentation with giving you a library of memorable icons so that you will be able to draw on your learning when the chips are really down and you need to wow your audience.

I would thoroughly recommend this online training course for either first time presenters or those who might like to refresh their presenting skills. Even though it is online, it really did feel like Mimi was there in person - all very engaging! A must for anyone whose job entails anything from new business pitching, to presenting to a large audience and everything in between. The supporting workbooks were really beneficial and helped drive the key points home.

This was a great course with some very good material and pointers. I found that I was actually doing a lot of what was presented, but the course helped to fill some gaps. Releasing the template and allowing download of exercises is good for reflection and practice, so was very useful. Some useful feedback I hope: 1. Good - The layout of the course (practiced what was preached!) 2. Not so Good - The 'continue' button at the bottom of the PDF screen was visible, but not actionable (blacked out), giving the impression you had to click, but weren't able to. 3. Good - It was designed around any method of presenting, not just slides. 4. Not so Good - All done on trust, required no input by the student I hope this helps you, thank you it was overall a very good experience!
